The Company was founded in 2011 by Mr. Mohamed Al Zaabi as it was his vision to create a new evolution in the Luxury Charter market. His vision turned to reality as he began and grew his luxury yachting Business in the Mena region offering high end luxury charters. During this time, he realized a wanting demand in yacht brokerage and developed the Royal Yachts brokerage activity.
Nowadays Royal Yachts provides an innovative service no longer based on a simple activity of brokerage but focused on an exclusive, personalized and complete consulting service aimed at the most demanding and expert customers.
The keystone of Royal Yachts is to treat the client and his operations thinking of the luxuries that take place in them; therefore not a mere broker, often without license, but rather a manager, a consultant, a professional, who together with the client can share common interests. The client, once perceived to deal with a professional who can understand his needs and share his lifestyle choices, will naturally entrust Royal Yachts with the management of an asset such as a yacht, his own holidays (charter), the sale or purchase of his dream.
In the last few years, customers and yacht owners have often been treated, not with the care and assistance they would need when buying a new yacht or buying and selling a second hand one, chartering or management of their holiday. It is from this reflection that Royal Yachts proposes a new concept of yachting consulting a highly professional service (commercial / technical / legal) guaranteed by more than thirty years of experience and professional ability of its team, from a desire to offer a complete service that goes beyond pure advice but thanks to the philosophy of good living can give some useful suggestions to use their yachts and yachting, thus leaving the owner, the pleasure of using yachts, both owned and chartered, without the technical / management problems of the same.

Mohamed Al Zaabi spearheaded this reputed yachting company in 2011 that went on to become the Industry Benchmark – a comprehensive market leader in yacht charter, yacht sales and management. After accurately identifying a gap in the market from the lack of quality yacht charter companies, he realised that Royal Yachts could become the Industry Pioneer, offering these critical yachting services to ensure an unparalleled luxury yachting experience with a wide range of prestigious yachts to choose from. His extensive 8-year experience in the yachting industry has proved invaluable for the steady growth Royal Yachts and under Mr. Al Zaabi’s capable leadership, the company also attained the exclusive Middle East dealerships of Fairline and Bella Boats.
Holding more than 14 years of experience in the fierce business world of Dubai, Mr. Hisham Abushakra is an efficient team player who makes valuable contributions in achieving team goals. He displays excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational and leadership ability. With immense experience in yacht sales, management, and brokerage, along with his excellent time management and keen business acumen in the industry, he is capable of successful multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
He is doing an excellent job in his position and proved himself to be diligent and reliable. His perseverance and dedication make Mr. Abushakra not only a valuable asset to Royal Yachts but also an inspiration to all as he spearheads the company’s next phase of growth.

Charter & Sales Manager
Coming from a family background of yachting and sea life. Mr. Assaad Mitri is holding more than 5 years of experience working with shipyards specifically in yacht sales & yacht charter services.
Mr. Mitri has a proven yacht sales history, product knowledge, strong work ethics and communication skills, as well as a team-minded attitude.
Mr. Mitri now value added to Royal Yachts team especially in this constantly evolving industry. He is driven to grow, to develop long lasting customer relationship and understands the yacht sales cycle.
Ms. Avegail Bundalian
Ms. Avegail Bundalian holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Avegail has 11 years of extensive experience in Managerial, Office Administration, Account Management, Human Resource Supervisory, and Customer Service Relation.
Her broad background creates an efficient job and makes the office stress free environment for the team. Strong relationship builder was adept at resolving sensitive issues with confidentiality. Develop and implement best practices to support customers and facilitate the attainment of challenging business objectives.
She also holds several professional certificates such as Microsoft Office User Specialist 2003 Edition, Intel, Supervisory Leadership Development, etc.
