VAYANA is a 2021 Bluegame BGX60: 19 m long, 5.30 m beam, with twin Volvo Penta IPS 1200 and a unique layout no other BGX60 on the market shares. She has two generous double cabins that can sleep four people, and there is room for up to 12 guests when cruising. Behind that sits a factory-fitted 45.3 kWh lithium system, a Seakeeper 9 and EUR 265,000 of documented work by an owner who can explain every system on board.
She is not the largest yacht in the anchorage, but she may well be the most self-sufficient. Think of her as a stylish pick-up truck on the water: joystick and dynamic positioning for easy handling, a hidden hydraulic crane and a colour-matched Williams 325 jet tender that launches in minutes. Vayana has no charter history, no deferred maintenance, and she’s ready for a new chapter.
VAYANA has a unique layout that gives the space to two cabins: a spacious master suite with panoramic views and a generous guest double. If a third cabin is ever needed, the layout allows it.
She is also the only BGX60 with a connecting door from the master cabin to the guest corridor, where the Miele washer-dryer is located, so laundry is easily accessible. Underfloor heating runs through all lower living areas, with towel warmers and well-insulated interiors that make her usable well beyond high summer.
On the main deck you'll find solid wood tables instead of laminate, Miele appliances, a wine cooler, an ice maker and a teppanyaki plate in the wet bar instead of a grill.
Her 45.3 kWh lithium bank was fitted at the yard when she was built, a system worth around EUR 150,000 rather than a EUR 25,000 retrofit pack. In practice, the air conditioning runs all night on batteries and the generator runs about three hours a day.
The cells sit in two insulated, mechanically ventilated stainless steel boxes, monitored by the main computer, and if a cell catches fire the system closes a fire bulkhead automatically. Add a 220 l/h watermaker, 1,000 l of fresh water and 3,000 l of fuel, and the result speaks for itself: this summer she spent 10 days and nights in the Kornati, fully autonomous, with no marina and no shore supply.
Vayana was refitted in Croatia, from October 2025 to February 2026. The current owner spent EUR 265,000, all backed by the survey, estimate and payment schedule. The load-bearing parts of the superstructure were laminated and the whole structure painted instead of gelcoated, addressing the cracking issue and making future repairs possible without colour mismatch.
The standard 30 kg Bruce anchor and 80 m galvanised chain were replaced with a 45 kg Ultra Marine and 120 m of stainless chain, with the windlass mount reinforced, doubled and fully laminated. The teak has been refurbished. Engines have 615 hours, and her coloured hull is no longer produced this way.
Major refit in Croatia from October 2025 - February 2026
The owner bought her after a survey on 29 January 2025, which priced the repairs she needed at about 170 000 euro. The work in Croatia went further, as more appeared in use. The figures come from his own records, backed by survey, estimate and payment schedule.
Main features of the refit
The parts of the superstructure that carry load were laminated, and the whole structure was painted instead of finished in gelcoat. This matters later: paint can be repaired without the colour mismatch that makes gelcoat repairs on a coloured hull so difficult, and there is no polishing to keep up. The owner has photographs of the work.
A 45 kg Ultra Marine anchor with 120 m of stainless chain, replacing the standard 30 kg Bruce anchor and 80 m of galvanised chain. The heavier anchor and longer chain open up anchorages the standard set-up cannot hold in. The windlass mounting was also reinforced, doubled up and fully laminated.
